64 Litre Fresh 32 Litre Waste Water Tanks Kit for Mercedes Sprinter 2018 Onwards FWD L2 LWB Campervan WHITE Filler
Fits Front Wheel Drive Only (FWD) Long wheel base – Fresh and Waste Water Tanks with WHITE Filler. Also fits LHD models.
The fresh tank is designed to fit centrally immediately behind the fuel tank. The raised side of the tank is towards the passenger side and the lower step of the tank is towards the driver side. The tank castellations miss the cross members and the step on the tank clears the handbrake cable. Capacity is approx 64 litres.
All connections are on rear face of tank.
Pre-welded fittings included: 1 x 40mm inlet, 1 x 15mm outlet to pump and 1 x 25mm drain fitting. All connections are on the rear face of tank.
Fixing kit supplied with 2 galvanised steel brackets, 4 x 4 inch hookbolts all with locking nuts.
The brackets are different sizes.
The long bracket runs front to back and is the first bracket to be fitted. The front end of the bracket is bent slightly open. The front fixing uses a 4” hookbolt into an existing slanted hole in the rear face of the cross member right above the rear of the fuel tank. The opened end of the bracket fixes here. The rear fixing uses a 4” hookbolt into an existing slanted hole in the front face of the cross member behind the tank.
The short bracket runs left to right and is the second bracket to be fitted. The fixing on the passenger side uses a 4” hookbolt into an existing hole in the rear face of the cross member near the brake lines. The driver side fixing uses a 4” hookbolt into an existing round hole in the rear face of the cross member.
The waste tank is designed to fit along the passenger side skirt just behind the fuel filler B post. It fits tight to the chassis and sits as far forward as possible. Capacity is approx. 32 litres.
All connections are to the rear of the tank offset towards the skirt side to clear cross member.
Pre-welded fittings included: 1 x 25mm drain fitting and 1 x 20mm inlet.
Fixing kit supplied with 2 galvanised steel brackets, 2 x 5 inch hookbolts, 1 x 4 inch hookbolt and 1 x 3 inch hookbolt. All supplied with locking nuts.
The brackets are different from each other.
The front bracket has an angled side to allow to hook into an existing hole into the inner side of chassis. The skirt side fixing uses a 5” hookbolt into existing rubber plugged hole in the upper step of sill. Remove the plug, fit the hookbolt and replace the plug with a small notch cut into the bottom to allow room for the hookbolt. The chassis side fixing uses a 4” hookbolt on the angled side of the bracket. This hooks into an existing hole on the inner side of the chassis. The mounting hook passes behind the wiring harness that runs along the chassis.
The rear bracket is U-shaped. The fixing on the skirt side uses a 5” hookbolt. A 9mm hole needs to be drilled into the rear face of the floor cross member close to the upper step in the side sill. The fixing on the chassis side uses a 3” hookbolt into an existing 14mm hole in the base of the chassis.

- CAK-193 Fresh water tank with pre-welded fittings
- CAK-035 Waste water tank with pre-welded fittings
- 2 x sets of galvanised steel brackets with hookbolts and locking nuts
- Waste remote drain tap kit (4″ piece of hose, drain tap and hose clips)
- Fresh remote drain tap kit (1m of hose, drain tap and hose clips)
- 2m of 40mm hose to the filler with 2 x hose clips
- White locking filler with cap and 2 keys
