Description
Mercedes-Benz air conditioning service tool, used to remove and refit the receiver/dryer cartridge in the air conditioning condenser – an essential tool when servicing or opening up the A/C system.
Applications include: Mercedes-Benz W203 (2001 – 2007, C-class), W209 (2003 – 2009 CLK-class) and R171 (2005 – 2011 SLK-class).
Equivalent to OEM 203 589 001 000.
1/2 x 27mm external Hex.
Equipped with a detente hole for a more secure fit on the wrench.
The receiver dryer cartridge should be replaced every couple of years on all carsbut particularly when the A/C system has been opened up or is about to be refilled.
