Fresh Tank – Fittings Pre-Welded – Galvanised Brackets and fixings – Black Filler
This fresh tank is designed to fit along the driver’s side sill behind the driver’s door. Capacity of 75 litres.
Fixing kit supplied with 3 x galvanised brackets, 3 x 5 inch hookbolts and 3 x 6 inch hookbolts all with locking nuts.
The sill side of the brackets require the 6 inch hookbolts and the chassis side of the brackets require the 5 inch hookbolts.
All sill side 6” hookbolts hook into pre-existing sill bungs. Remove bung, hook in, then replace bung with small notch cut to allow for hookbolt.
All chassis side 5” hookbolts hook into pre existing holes in the base of the chassis.
Three pre-welded fittings included. Two fittings pre-welded onto the rear face of the tank: 1 x 15mm pump outlet chassis side and 1 x 25mm drain sill side. 1 x 40mm inlet pre-welded onto the chassis side face of the tank at the rear, fitted low to miss the main chassis member.
Recommend the use of smooth bore supaflex hose which is ultra flexible.
This tank can also be used for fresh pressure fill (back fill) or for waste. Available with white or grey filler or nut-in fittings. See separate listings.

1 x CAK- 238 Fresh Water Tank 75 Litre with pre welded fittings (1 x 40mm inlet, 1 x 15mm pump outlet, 1 x 25mm drain) and 3 breathers
1 x set of 3 custom made galvanised steel brackets
3 x 5” hookbolts with locking nuts
3 x 6” hookbolts with locking nuts
2m x 40mm blue Supaflex hose with 2 x hose clips
1 x drain tap with short hose and 2 x hose clips
Locking filler with cap with 2 keys
