Description
With ease-of-use and speed in mind, the Laser 8416 disconnect tool has been specially designed to fit Ford 8mm metal fuel line connectors. The Ford OEM tool consists of 3 separate components whereas the Laser tool is a semi-flexible, all metal tool that makes fitting to the connector easier and quicker.
Applications include: Ford C-Max, Focus, Galaxy, Kuga, Mondeo, S-Max, Tourneo Connect and Transit.
Engine applications include: 1L EcoBoost, 1.5L EcoBoost, 1.6L Duratec 16v Ti-VCT, 1.6L EcoBoost Sigma, 1.8, 2.0, 2.3 and 2.5L Duratec, 2.0L Duratorq Diesel and 2.0L EcoBlue diesel.
Used to disconnect the metal fuel line connectors found on both petrol and diesel engines in the Ford range. Equivalent in operation to OEM 310-137 (8mm).
Machined alloy connection inserts with spring steel handle.
Made in Sheffield to a UK Registered Design. NOTE: always depressurise the fuel system before using this tool.
